Apollo™ enterprise security and architecture helps to secure valuable data and is only accessed by our customers. We are ISO 270001 and SOC 2 compliant. In addition, Apollo hosts each customer’s data in a separate Instance and hence the customer data can never be accessed by anyone else. Apollo even has a USP that we can host Apollo on your cloud, On premise / AWS / Google Cloud / Azure you name it.

Apollo™ does not keep raw data of its customers and only consumes it to generate actionable insights. Apollo™ only keeps their internal computed parameters in either real-time or on demand basis that too on the customers cloud.

Apollo’s prominent value addition are

Health:

  • Apollo provides 300+ KHIs based on Statistical/ML models. These KHIs are useful for O&M and Asset Management teams to diagnose health of the assets using their domain knowledge. In the absence of KHIs, O&M teams find it extremely difficult (at times impossible) to analyse the issues and Asset Management teams conduct a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in a meaningful and conclusive manner.
  • Apollo provides Health Insights (based on neural networks of KHIs), thereby giving readymade diagnosis to O&M and Asset Management teams
  • Apollo provides recommendations (actions) on O&M and Asset Management instructions

Performance:

  • Apollo provides 150+ KPIs to evaluate performances of plants in totality and at component levels. These performance KPIs are based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Apollo provides 150+ KPIs on expected performance basis. This is based on its patented digital twin technology.
  • Performance KPIs (actual and expected) can be generated to the tune of minute level frequency, thereby efficiently and effectively helping analysts to conduct their assessments effectively.
  • Energy loss: Apollo provides insights into energy loss at a component level which can further be aggregated to the site/plant level.

Uplift in generation can happen either by tackling the performance issues of critical assets that have a significant impact on the generation or by preventing asset failure well ahead of time, thereby eliminating the downtime of assets otherwise. Apollo possesses the capability to predict a decrease in asset’s efficiency as well as benchmarked to an ideal expected threshold. However, in such a case, the direct impact on energy generation is insignificant compared to an asset failure which would result in the plant operations being shut.

  • Performance Insights and Health Analytics is expected to provide direct benefits for generation uplift.
  • Performance Insights like inverter availability, inverter DC/AC efficiency, MPPT efficiency, clipping, and duration directly contribute to ~95% towards energy generation (5 important KPIs which affect actual performance). Realization and decision making and identifying losses of the inverter aids in performance and generation uplift.
  • Health Analytics would provide a prediction of asset failures which would directly contribute to generation uplift. 4% of the benefit of revenue is what you need to spend on this.

Apollo autonomously calculates the plant availability and operating capacity during the sunshine operating times. This allows the users to identify any unavailable components resulting in non-optimal utilization of the plant’s capacity. In addition the integrated CMMS always uses to automatically detect the issue and assign it to the correct person to resolve. Not just that we ensure the resolution is followed through and we deliver SLA based reminders and escalations till the job is done.
